The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. You submit to the jurisdiction of Delaware courts.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with QuoteHiva informally by contacting us at legal@quotehiva.com. We will attempt to resolve the issue within 30 days.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services) or AAA (American Arbitration Association) under their rules.
