What Happens After You Submit

After we actually receive your request, we will review it and respond under the law that applies:

• Opt-out requests: For covered California requests, businesses generally must act as soon as feasibly possible and no later than 15 business days after receipt.
• Access, deletion, and correction requests: For covered California requests, businesses generally must confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. A permitted extension of up to another 45 calendar days may apply with notice.
• Verification: We will ask only for information reasonably necessary for the type of request and as permitted by applicable law.
• Confirmation: Where appropriate, we will notify you of the outcome using the contact method provided.

These are general California timelines, not a guarantee of eligibility or outcome; rules in other jurisdictions may differ. A request is not received until you actually send it to us.

Authorized Agent Requests
