2. Description of Service

QuoteHiva provides a website that may help consumers submit requests for information or quotes from independent third-party providers, such as contractors, insurance providers, lenders, and warranty providers. The categories and availability of providers can change by location and request type. Where a quote request is offered, the page and its disclosures explain the information requested and how it may be used.

Important: QuoteHiva is a quote matching and comparison platform only. We do NOT:

• Provide insurance, loans, warranties, or contractor services directly
• Guarantee any specific quotes, rates, or services from providers
• Act as an insurance agent, licensed contractor, or lender
• Guarantee approval for loans, insurance coverage, or services

Any quote, offer, eligibility decision, price, coverage, loan term, or service proposal comes from the relevant third-party provider, not QuoteHiva. Review the provider’s terms and disclosures before proceeding. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

3. Eligibility

To use QuoteHiva, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of the United States
• Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements
• Not be a minor in your jurisdiction

QuoteHiva is not available in all U.S. states. Service availability may be limited based on your location and the type of quote you request. By using our Service, you represent that you meet all eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts & Registration

If QuoteHiva makes account features available and you create an account, you agree to:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring all activities conducted under your account are lawful

Keep your account credentials secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for activity carried out through your account using your credentials, except to the extent caused by our acts or omissions.

• Reverse-engineering or attempting to decompile the Service

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, providers, or comply with law. Any action we take remains subject to applicable law.

6. Quote Requests & Provider Matching

When you submit a quote or information request through QuoteHiva, the information shown on that form and the applicable privacy disclosures govern what information is collected and how it may be shared. Depending on the request, you should expect that:

• Information may be sent to one or more relevant third-party providers as described in the form disclosure and Privacy Policy
• A provider may use the contact details you submit to respond to your request, subject to the applicable disclosures and law
• Any consent for marketing calls, texts, or automated/prerecorded communications must be obtained through a separate, clear affirmative action where required; these Terms alone do not create that consent
• QuoteHiva is not responsible for the quotes provided or actions taken by these providers
• Quotes are estimates and actual prices may differ based on full underwriting or inspection
• Approval for loans, insurance, or services is not guaranteed

We do not promise that you will receive a quote, a particular number of provider responses, or any specific price or result. Responses depend on factors including provider participation, your location, the information submitted, and the provider’s own criteria.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

QuoteHiva disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information provided
• Warranties that any defects in the Service will be corrected

We do not warrant that:

• You will receive quotes from any minimum number of providers
• Quotes will be competitive or comparable
• You will be approved for loans, insurance, or services
• The Service will meet your specific needs
• Third-party providers will honor quoted rates or terms

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QUOTEHIVA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from QuoteHiva’s own conduct where such responsibility cannot lawfully be shifted to you.

• Your infringement of third-party rights
• Your intentional provision of materially false or fraudulent information

We may participate in the defense of a covered claim, with the allocation of control and costs determined by applicable law and the circumstances of the claim.

All content on the QuoteHiva Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is the property of QuoteHiva or its content providers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Service
• Remove copyright or trademark notices
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on our Service
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code

Do not use QuoteHiva’s name, logos, or branding in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our prior written permission.

11. Third-Party Services & Links

The QuoteHiva Service may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for and do not endorse any third-party content, products, services, or practices.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms of service and privacy policies, not ours. We encourage you to review the terms and policies of any third-party website before providing personal information or completing transactions.

To the extent permitted by law, QuoteHiva is not responsible for:

• The availability or functionality of third-party services
• The accuracy of information provided by third parties
• Actions taken by third-party providers
• Disputes between you and third-party service providers

12. Telephone, Text and Marketing Consent

QuoteHiva and third-party providers may use the contact information you submit to respond to your request where permitted by law. If a form requests separate consent for marketing calls, text messages, automated dialing, artificial or prerecorded voices, or similar communications, the form should clearly identify the relevant seller or providers, the communication types covered, and how consent can be withdrawn. Any such consent is governed by the disclosure shown with that form and applicable law.

Do not submit someone else’s phone number or contact information unless you are authorized to do so. Providing contact information does not waive any rights under applicable telemarketing, privacy, or consumer-protection laws. Consent should not be inferred from these Terms alone.

Stopping contact: Follow the instructions in the message (for example, reply STOP to a text where supported) or contact the sender to request that it stop contacting you. You may contact privacy@quotehiva.com to ask QuoteHiva to stop sharing your information with future providers. A request to QuoteHiva may not automatically remove information already provided to independent third parties, so you may also need to contact those providers directly. All opt-out requests are subject to applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are subject to applicable federal and state law, including mandatory consumer-protection laws that may apply based on your location. Any dispute must be brought before a court or other forum with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this section limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

If you have a concern about the Service or these Terms, you may contact legal@quotehiva.com with a description of the issue. Both sides may try to resolve the matter informally. This does not limit any deadline, legal remedy, or right that applies under law.

14.2 Court Proceedings

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue available remedies before a court or other forum that has jurisdiction under applicable law. Any separate arbitration agreement will apply only if it has been validly formed and is enforceable. These Terms do not, by themselves, require you to arbitrate a dispute.

14.3 No Blanket Waiver
